Robinson Elementary School serves those living in the Sand Section. Along with Mira Costa High and Manhattan Beach Middle School, Robinson completes the entire educational program for kids in the Sand Section from kindergarten through high school. It is a California Distinguished School and has about 400 enrollments from K to 5. The student teacher ratio is maintained at an excellent 20:1.
Robinson’s API Score is 965 and the school ranks number 10 in the state. Robinson received the title of the National Blue Ribbon School, owing to the quality of education, innovation in instructional methods, leadership programs for the students and high end academic achievement records.
Robinson Elementary offers abundant extra curricular activities and volunteer opportunities. Robinson organizes the Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk, the Halloween Parade, the Walking School Bus, Meet The Masters, Family Fun Run and many more events throughout the year.
The Robinson Riptides are known for their interest in excellent academics and co-curricular activities and boast a very active Parent Teacher Student Association.
