Located on the Southern half of the Western edge of the Palos Verdes peninsula, West PV is an area made up primarily of multi-million dollar homes, with prices as high as almost $7M. Many of the mansions are in a 24 hour guarded community of Oceanfront.
Most homes have views and very large lots of up to 40,000 square feet and the homes themselves range from 2000 square feet to an awesome 10,000 square feet. These homes are generally enormous and very highly ornamented. Most are designed in an Italian or Mediterranean style.
