Silver Spur Area has homes in both Rolling Hills Estates and Rancho Palos Verdes. This area is noted for many homes with great city lights views; some have harbor lights views as well. With medium to large lots, most homes are ranch style, single level, built in late 1950′s to early 1970′s. It is very common for these homes to have pools. This is a good location for accessing shopping at Peninsula Center, getting “down the hill” to Hawthorne Blvd, or having your kids get to school at Peninsula High School which is located at the intersection of Silver Spur and Hawthorne Boulevard. All schools are Palos Verdes Uniifed School District.
