Considered a “mid-price” neighborhood in Rancho Palos Verdes, the Crest neighborhood is so named because it is accessed primarily from Crest Road which runs between Hawthorne and Crenshaw.

Whitley Collins is not the name of a cocktail, it is the name of one of the primary access streets to one of the largest housing tracts in the area :-> Most of the homes in this area were built as part of a large housing development in the late 1960′s. There is a gated community known as Villa Verde. Schools are Palos Verdes Unified.
