This is unincorporated county of Los Angeles, made primarily up of a housing tract called Westfield — building regulations are governed by county requirements without a city government in the middle. Many homes have city lights views, some with slight ocean views. Many lots are zoned for horses and there is a community riding ring. Lot sizes are 9000 – 50,000 , prices range from roughly $1.0 M to about $2.7 Million. Schools are Palos Verdes Unified, but check with the school district for attendance requirements.
