Palos Verdes Peninsula (Unincorporated)

Not to be confused with the overall “hill” called THE Palos Verdes Peninsula, this is the small area nestled into Rolling Hills Estates called Unincorporated Palos Verdes Peninsula or simply PVP. This is unincorporated county of Los Angeles, made primarily up of a housing tract called Westfield — building regulations are governed by county requirements without a city government in the middle. Many homes have city lights views, some with slight ocean views. Many lots are zoned for horses and there is a community riding ring. Lot sizes are 9000 – 50,000 , prices range from roughly $1.0 M to about $2.7 Million. Schools are Palos Verdes Unified, but check with the school district for attendance requirements.

Here are MLS listings in the Palos Verdes Peninsula area — these are also part of the area called PV Drive North that is listed under Rolling Hills Estates.
