Manhattan Village is a special gated “Planned Unit Development” community located just East of the Manhattan Village mall, bordered on the North by the Manhattan Marriott Golf course with many homes overlooking the golf course. Common amenities including pools, spas, bike paths, jogging paths, and of course security guards. - The Village is very strict about compliance with exterior “CC&R’s” (Covenants, Codes and Restrictions) in order to maintain a uniform look and feel to the homes. There are 122 Estate homes range generally from 2000 to 3166 square feet. Current HOA’s are $241 for these homes. There are also approximately 400 Townhomes and Courthomes share an HOA with dues of $471.
- Townhomes have their own private patios and range from 1450 to 2310 square feet. Court Homes, the original entry-level homes, have semi-private patios built around a central court. Court homes range from 1474 to 1937 square feet.
- Schools are Manhattan Beach Unified, with the closest elementary school being Meadows,the Middle School is Manhattan Beach Middle School (MBMS), and of course the award winning
Mira Costa High School.
