There is a community assessment of $0.20 per $100 of assessed value annually. Since property values start at about $3 Million and go to over $15 Million this is an assessment of an additional $6000 for a "small" Rolling HIlls home and could be a bill as high as $30,000 extra property tax annually for the Home Owners Association fee.
