What makes a "Cheap Family Home"? At least three bedrooms, at least 2 baths, priced at under $450,000. The cities we included in this search below are Lomita, Lawndale, Gardena, Hawthorne, Torrance and Redondo Beach. We did not include the beach cities of Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach or the cities on the Palos Verdes Peninsula as it is generally unlikely to find a home in these cities of this size at this price. Redondo Beach homes will be rare at this price also.
