Please be aware that although you may find lower prices in these neighborhoods, often the lowest price in an area might be for a "tear-down" property and is not reflective of a large pool of properties in this neighborhood available at that price. We have attempted to reflect the lowest prices for habitable properties as we felt it would be more useful to our clients. You should also be aware that these are NOT average prices in these neighborhoods; averages are much higher and may be found by looking on the individual neighborhood pages.
